While its a good place for eyebrow threading it is not for eyelash extensions, i went last week on a Wednesday to get them done and they fell the next day, they said it would last about 2 weeks but they fell the next day, I wasted 35 dollars to have extensions for one day. I love treating myself to facials and cluster lashes every now and then. Clarissa does an amazing job and always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The facials, threading and treatments are fairly affordable. (Natural clusters are only $30 and last about 2 weeks with proper care) Friendly Tip: if you want to get a facial or threading try making an appointment for a better experience. There is always a wait, but it's honesty worth it! They also started doing lash lifts($30), that will be my next treat for myself in the upcoming month!

Didn't wait long at all, the lady who did my eyebrows(didn't get her name) did them to perfection! She was very sweet and I will be coming back! I was scared to let anyone touch my brows but I'm glad I came here because now they look great!

They got me in quick and the eyebrow shape was on point! My eyebrows ended up a little thinner than I like but they are naturally thin so she probably had to do that to get that amazing shape.

I've been coming here for a little over 2 years now. I love it here, only reason it's a 4 star is because sometimes it gets packed and the wait time can be a little long. With that being said, I absolutely love Clarissa! She tints my eyebrows and does great each time, friendly and wonderful cusomter service. I went on a week vacation came back and my friends eyebrows were still looking amazing and fresh as did mine thanks to the threading there and the tint we both did there. I come here often and recommend to anyone who asks about my eyebrows, and I will continue to come here especially if Clarissa is there!

My natural eyebrows are a mess. They’re thick, different lengths and the hair grows in different directions. I get so many compliments on my brows now and they are literally perfect! I’m in and out in under 10 minutes every time and you can’t beat the price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for threading ?

I've been here a couple of times and I never get the same person. Usually this would make me nervous but since having a go-to place is a process I have given them a chance. It's paid off every single time. I let them know how I like my brows to generally look and they always deliver. Never do they take off too much or too little. It's a far drive for me but with their skills and the price It's definitely worth it. I haven't tried any of their other services but I'd be willing to try one day.

The place is clean. The AC keeps the place nice and cold. The lady's take their their time with you and make sure not pinch you with the thread. They are very sweet and curtious. They have earned me as a regular client.

Prior to coming here, I've never gotten my eyebrows threaded. I was amazed at how precise it was. The pain was manageable but it only took a few minutes. I was very pleased with the results and will be coming back. Especially since it's only $8!

Love this place! My eyebrows were incredibly uneven because I got them threaded by a lady who wasn't experienced yet. Never going to a kiosk in a mall again! She threaded them perfectly and she was really nice. Plus, I got the eyebrow and lash rejuvenater. I already love it! I definitely recommend going.

I have been a regular client since the spa opened. While I won't go anywhere else, my biggest pet peeve for not just here but anywhere I've been in the past for beauty services is when they rush because they are busy. I understand wanting to get clients in and out in a timely fashion but threading or waxing someone's face needs to take time the same time when its not busy. My mom that I referred won't go back because her eyebrows were messed up due to being in a hurry that has to be the reason because the owner does an amazing job on mine and I am beyond picky. I won't allow anyone else but Shatel to do my eyebrows but I've always been that way. I find someone amazing and I won't let anyone else touch them. The other ladies aren't bad but it's more of a hit and miss this last time my daughters eyebrows weren't the greatest but i know they will continue to do well for the most part. Just please take your time no matter how busy we will rather wait for great eyebrows than have them butchered just so we don't have to wait. Overall, love this place, atmosphere, customer service and I won't go or take my daughter anywhere else and I always get compliments on my eyebrows! Had it not been for my moms eyebrows being messed up..would have given it 5 stars!

I am satisfied with my eyebrow threading and will be a returning customer. Appointment: I came as a walk-in around 10:30 AM. Location: Easy to find. In the shopping center next to the HEB plus on Marbach. Cleanliness and Decor: I was only in the front room and everything seemed clean and tidy with minimal decor. Treatment: Walked in and was the only client and asked for an eyebrow threading. I am a morbidly obese client with wide hips and I fit in the chair with no issues. I had never done it before but I had been growing out my brows from an over plucking on the tail end of one brow. I tend to have super fine blonde hairs above and below my brow that are difficult to pluck without the proper lighting in all directions, so threading seemed to be the best option. It's an odd sensation, but not at all painful. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I did bleed in one spot and I was red for the rest of the day below my brows. Price: Under $10 for the the eyebrow threading. I took a copy of the pricing menu and everything in general seems affordable for the service. Customer Service: While the lady who did my brows had a friendly demeanor once she started working on me, I do have to say I dislike when they don't introduce themselves to me. That's usually customer service step 1. She was also on her personal phone when I arrived and took a good minute to convince the person on the other line she had to go. There is a bit of a language barrier, but that's not at all a negative, I just had to ask her to repeat herself. Overall she kept the shape of my eyebrows and just removed the pesky blonde hairs and trimmed the longer hairs.

I was told by the women in my family to try getting my eye brows threaded. I've never waxed or threaded before, due to horror stories! I've always done them myself. After today, I don't think I ever will do them myself again! I should have taken a before and after picture! They're so cleaned up and polished. They're still natural and not thin!
